key responsibilities
handle inbound and outbound calls related to pickup, delivery, delays, and shipment status.
resolve customer issues promptly and professionally, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
coordinate with warehouse, delivery partners, and operations teams for timely closures.
track and update shipment status in the system (crm/erp).
escalate pending/critical issues to the concerned team.
maintain daily reports of customer interactions and resolutions.
ensure compliance with company service standards and sops.
requirements
minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in customer support, preferably in logistics/courier/e-commerce.
strong verbal and written communication skills.
ability to handle pressure and manage high call volumes.
knowledge of shipment tracking, rto, ndr, escalation handling will be an advantage.
basic computer skills (ms office, crm tools).
