about the role

we are looking for a competent and customer-oriented professional to join our international process as a sales support (up-selling) | customer support executive. the role requires handling customer queries, providing accurate information, and recommending suitable products or services. you will be responsible for both customer support and up-selling activities, with complete training provided prior to onboarding.

key responsibilities:

handle customer interactions through calls and chat for international clients.

understand customer requirements and deliver accurate solutions.

provide clear and professional communication at all times.

recommend relevant products/services based on customer needs.

manage up-selling and cross-selling activities appropriately.

close sales in a structured and professional manner.

ensure high-quality standards and maintain communication accuracy.

complete training modules before moving to live operations.

eligibility criteria:

bachelor’s degree (graduates only).

minimum 1 year of professional experience.

strong verbal and written english communication skills.

ability to communicate with clarity, confidence, and patience.

willingness to relocate to jaipur.

comfortable working in international shifts.

relocation support (for outstation candidates):

company-sponsored flight or train travel.

relocation bonus.
