🔹 role overview:
we are hiring dynamic and customer-focused professionals for kotak life insurance's customer support & cross-sales process. this role involves no cold calling – all interactions are with existing customers.
🎯 key responsibilities:
handle inbound and outbound calls from/to existing kotak life insurance policyholders.
resolve customer queries and concerns related to their current life insurance policies.
identify customer needs and upsell additional life insurance products based on eligibility and suitability.
maintain high customer satisfaction while achieving monthly sales/cross-sell targets.
build long-term rapport and act as a trusted advisor to the customer base.
✅ eligibility criteria:
experience: minimum 6 months of work experience in telesales, customer support, or the insurance/financial services industry.
freshers: graduate freshers with excellent communication and sales aptitude may also apply.
skills required:
strong communication skills in hindi and english
sales-oriented and customer-centric mindset
confidence, energy, and the ability to build rapport quickly
💰 salary & benefits:
in-hand salary: ₹17,000 per month
