Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Kannada-Speaking Customer Support Expert to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service to our Kannada-speaking clients, ensuring their inquiries are addressed promptly and effectively.

Roles and Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions in Kannada via phone, email, and chat.

Provide accurate information about our services and address customer inquiries.

Resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback.

Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer service processes.

Qualifications

Fluency in Kannada (mandatory) and proficiency in English.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Prior experience in customer support or a related field is preferred.

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Familiarity with customer support tools and CRM systems is a plus.
