Job Title: Tele Caller Executive (Urgent Hiring - 100 Positions)

Job Location: Work from Office

Hiring Type: Immediate Requirement

Language Requirement (Mandatory)

Tamil - 30 Positions

Kannada - 50 Positions

Malayalam - 20 Positions

Job Responsibilities

Make outbound and inbound calls to customers.

Handle customer queries and provide required information.

Follow up with customers for payments / services as per process.

Maintain accurate call records and update system data.

Achieve daily calling and performance targets.

Ensure professional and polite communication with customers.

Adhere to company compliance and calling guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification: PUC / Graduate

Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply.

Good communication skills in required regional language.

Basic computer knowledge required.

DRA Certified candidates preferred (for higher salary slab).

Candidates with collections / sales / customer support experience will be an added advantage.
