about the role
we are seeking highly skilled customer support executives to handle inbound and outbound communication with us-based clients. the ideal candidate will be fluent in english, possess excellent soft skills, and be able to handle sensitive conversations with professionalism and empathy.
key responsibilities
handle customer queries, complaints, and requests over phone, email, or chat with precision and politeness.
provide accurate information, resolve issues, and ensure a positive client experience.
demonstrate strong problem-solving skills to address customer concerns effectively.
maintain records of customer interactions in crm tools.
collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve issues promptly.
uphold company reputation by communicating with patience, diplomacy, and respect.
required skills & qualifications
fluent in spoken and written english with neutral/us accent preferred.
strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage delicate client interactions.
minimum 2–5 years of experience in international (us/uk) voice processes preferred.
excellent listening, comprehension, and conflict-resolution skills.
ability to work in a night shift environment.
graduate in any discipline.
