Job Role - Customer Service Executives

Managing Customer Communications - QRC (queries, requests & complaints), inbound and outbound service calls/emails

Should have zeal to service customers - responsibly provide positive customer experience

Excellent verbal and writing skills - language proficiency required in English & Hindi

Ability to understand customer communications and problem-solve

Basic computer skills

Insurance background is an added advantage

Flexible to work in shifts

Minimum Qualification Graduate

Preferably with relevant work experience of 1 year.

Work Location - Airoli, Mumbai

Working - 6 days a week
