job role - customer service executives

• managing customer communications - qrc (queries, requests & complaints), inbound and outbound service calls/emails

• should have zeal to service customers - responsibly provide positive customer experience

• excellent verbal and writing skills - language proficiency required in english & hindi

• ability to understand customer communications and problem-solve

• basic computer skills

• insurance background is an added advantage

• flexible to work in shifts

• minimum qualification – graduate

• preferably with relevant work experience of 1 year.
