responsibilities:
- oversee and handle the daily operations of the customer support function, ensuring that
service levels and customer satisfaction goals are met.
- collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development and operations,
to address customer issues, identify trends, and implement solutions.
- handle customer inquiries or complaints, demonstrating empathy and professionalism
while finding effective resolutions.
- maintain a deep understanding of flip health's products and services to effectively
address customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
- stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in healthcare
customer support to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
qualifications:
- bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- minimum of 2 years of experience in customer support,
- strong understanding of customer service principles and practices, with a focus on
empathy and customer satisfaction.
- excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex
information in a clear and concise manner.
- ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with customers and team
members.
- detail-oriented with exceptional time management skills.
- proficient in using customer support software - zoho
- knowledge of healthcare industry regulations, privacy, and compliance standards.
- flexibility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment
- work in shifts to provide 24/7 coverage and ensure customer support availability during
all times.
