What You'll Do?

€¢ Own end-to-end onboarding of small and mid-sized corporate clients on

the Bharatsure platform

€¢ Act as the primary point of contact for HR teams for queries related to

product, process, operations, and high-level claims support

€¢ Educate corporate employees on policy coverage, benefits, and available

offerings

€¢ Maintain strong relationships with client HR SPOCs and support policy

renewals.

€¢ Identify and drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

€¢ Assist Key Account Managers in servicing enterprise clients.
