Job description:

€¢ Follow-up with shipper on cargo readiness

€¢ Arrange vessel schedule & place booking with carrier/ vendor

€¢ Follow-up on pick-up/ custom clearance and process SI submission

€¢ Follow-up on Form-13/ VGM and EIR

€¢ Follow-up with carrier on BL draft, Invoice

€¢ Follow-up with shipper on BL draft confirmation

€¢ Crosscheck carrier/ vendor invoice received as per quote & pass to accounts for purchase entry

€¢ Proforma invoice to shipper

€¢ Final invoice and documents to shipper / client
