Co-ordination with shippers

booking requirements, dispatch arrangements after booking received

updation of vessel schedule as per booking receive from carrier/forwarder

Co-ordination with Carrier / Forwarders

Booking placement with carriers and forwarders

followup for bookings

updation of haz dgd to carrier/forwarder in case of haz shipments

followup for container inventory (in case of inventory issues)

Co-ordination with Transporter

After updating booking / dispatch advise to transporter

followup for container pickups & arrival at plants

Internal Co-ordinations with Ops team, Jnpt team, B/L Team

Note: Candidate should from CHA Background only

Qualities required 1) Good Knowledge of Excel & word,

2) Good Knowledge of Customer services

3) Good communication in writing & verbal
