Build customer long term business relationship.

Manage customer communications, queries and escalations.

Resolve customer issues and complaints on timely manner.

Improve customer care service and quality measurements.

Supervise customer service team daily and prepare plans for improvements.

Focus on customer satisfaction and make customer query/solutions analysis reports.

Identify customer demands and requirements.

Develop plans to address customer specific needs.

Offer exceptional customer service to customers.

Take feedback from customers to ensure they are satisfied with the service.

Coordinate with internal functional departments for timely services operations and take follow ups. Handle other job responsibility as per management allocation.
