employment type – full-time (work from the office)

experience - minimum 6 months

we are seeking a customer service executive who will be responsible for co-ordination with customers, delivery partners, while being solution-oriented in resolving customer queries.

responsibilities –

• interacting with existing and new customers on call, whatsapp, instagram, facebook messenger.

• providing timely email support on customer queries.

• porter/wefast booking and support

• co-ordination with customers on incoming orders & payment receivables from b2c & b2b customers.

• supporting the marketing team with weekly & monthly whatsapp messaging

• co-ordinating with delivery partners/executives to book as well as solve shipping related issues with delivery companies like pickrr, shiprocket etc.

skills required –

• fluent in written & spoken english (knowing marathi would be an add-on)

• solution oriented approach

• strong communication skills
