Salary 15-17k per monthLocation Mazagaon, South MumbaiEmployment type Full-time (Work from the office)Experience - Minimum 6 monthsWe are seeking a Customer Service Executive who will be responsible for co-ordination with customers, delivery partners, while being solution-oriented in resolving customer queries. Responsibilities Interacting with existing and new customers on Call, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook messenger. Providing timely Email support on customer queries. Porter/Wefast booking and support Co-ordination with customers on incoming orders & payment receivables from B2C & B2B customers. Supporting the marketing team with weekly & monthly WhatsApp messaging Co-ordinating with delivery partners/executives to book as well as solve shipping related issues with Delivery companies like Pickrr, Shiprocket etc. Skills Required Fluent in written & spoken English (Knowing Marathi would be an add-on) Solution Oriented approach Strong Communication Skills
