Job Role - Customer Service Executives
• Managing Customer Communications - QRC (queries, requests & complaints), inbound and
outbound service calls/emails
• Should have zeal to service customers - responsibly provide positive customer experience
• Excellent verbal and writing skills - language proficiency required in English & Hindi
• Ability to understand customer communications and problem-solve
• Basic computer skills
• Insurance background an added advantage
• Flexible to work in shifts
• Minimum Qualification – Graduate
• Preferably with relevant work experience of 1 year.
