Key points:

E-Commerce customer service profile, Voice Process, 24*7 environment (rotational shifts) including night shifts,

6 days working, 1 W/O (rotational), one sided cab facility (odd hrs.)

Interview Rounds: HR Screening round - Ops round - Online test- (VETI or VWT (versant)/Typing Test)

You have to visit Bhubaneswar Office for all the interview rounds
