Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Executive at New Delhi Airport.
An airport customer service executive, or agent, is responsible for helping passengers and airport staff before, during, and after their flights. They assist with check-ins, reservations, and complaints, and ensure passengers have a positive experience.
Responsibilities Assisting passengers with special needs, Answering questions, Managing ticket reservations and changes, Handling customer complaints, and Meeting the needs and safety requirements of passengers and airport staff.
Qualifications
Graduation
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
Strong problem-solving abilities
Physical fitness and ability to stand for long periods
Knowledge of safety and emergency procedures
Age :18 to 40
