As a Client Relations Executive, you will be responsible for managing client interactions,

addressing inquiries promptly, and sharing comprehensive product price details. The ideal

candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and a

strong understanding of Ayurvedic products and their benefits.

Job Responsibilities-

— Respond promptly to client inquiries received through social media platforms and other

communication channels.

— Provide detailed information about Ayurvedic products, including pricing, ingredients, usage

instructions, and potential benefits.

— Manage and track customer orders from placement to delivery, ensuring accurate and timely

shipment details.

— Resolve any issues related to order delays, damaged products, or missing items, ensuring

customer satisfaction.

— Establish strong and positive relationships with customers, fostering loyalty and repeat

business.

— Provide personalized assistance to clients by understanding their specific needs and

recommending appropriate Ayurvedic products.

— Maintain a database of client interactions, preferences, and feedback for future reference and

improved service.

— Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by promptly addressing concerns, resolving

issues, and exceeding expectations.
