-Answer inbound/outbound customer calls professionally.

-Resolve queries, complaints, and service issues promptly.

-Provide accurate information related to products or services.

-Maintain clear, polite, and effective communication.

-Document call details and update customer records.

-Follow call scripts and adhere to quality standards.

-Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate team.

-Meet call handling time and customer satisfaction targets.
