KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:-

Answer inbound/outbound customer calls professionally.

Resolve queries, complaints, and service issues promptly.

Provide accurate information related to products or services.

Maintain clear, polite, and effective communication.

Document call details and update customer records.

Follow call scripts and adhere to quality standards.

Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate team.

Meet call handling time and customer satisfaction targets.
