about the role

we are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused customer representative to join our team. the ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience. candidates with strong communication skills and prior customer service experience are preferred.

key responsibilities

handle incoming customer calls, emails, and chats in a professional manner

understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions

maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions

resolve customer complaints and ensure timely follow-ups

coordinate with internal teams to escalate and resolve issues

provide product/service information to customers

meet performance targets such as response time, quality, and customer satisfaction

maintain a positive attitude and deliver excellent customer service

required skills & qualifications

1–6 years of experience in customer service/support (bpo/non-bpo)

excellent verbal and written communication skills

strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills

ability to handle difficult customers with professionalism

basic computer knowledge (ms office, crm tools preferred)

ability to work in rotational shifts (if applicable)

preferred qualifications

experience in voice/non-voice customer support

knowledge of crm or ticketing tools

multi-language proficiency (optional)
