Job Description

Making regular calls to customer for feedback and grievances if any

A proactive approach to problem solving with strong decision making skills

He/she has to deal with existing clients & maintain relationship with the clients

Solving clients complaints & follow-up for payments

Maintaining CRM database and sharing status reports to management

Making reminder calls & emails to individual clients on daily basis

Update Collection Report for management on daily basis with calling remarks

Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently.

Expanding the customer base by upselling and cross selling

Monitor relationships with existing customers through CRM systems

Develop and implement marketing techniques that will drive new customers

Set specific marketing strategies to retain customers

Handling the customer queries via email, phone calls and face-to-face.

Updating the existing customers on the on-going projects on regular basis.

Responsible for all documentation, support and feedback information post sales

Preparation of MIS.
