Customer Relationship manager
Responsibilities:
Learning and understanding multiple insurance products.
Answering calls and responding to corporate customer quires.
Accessing customer accounts and policy schedules.
Providing customers with detailed information about issued policies and products.
Recommending available products.
Forwarding customers to sales Team when a policy needs to be initiated or upgraded or renewed.
Managing the customer complaint database.
Customer Service Representative Requirements:
Ability to remain calm in stressful situations.
Ability to explain detailed concepts in a simple way
Management Degree or equivalent.
Previous experience working as a customer service representative is preferred
Knowledge of insurance products preferred but not mandatory.
Friendly and professional demeanor.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer skills
Ability to remain calm in stressful situations.
Ability to explain detailed policy concepts in a simple way.
