Customer Relationship manager
Responsibilities:
• Learning and understanding multiple insurance products.
• Answering calls and responding to corporate customer quires.
• Accessing customer accounts and policy schedules.
• Providing customers with detailed information about issued policies and products.
• Recommending available products.
• Forwarding customers to sales Team when a policy needs to be initiated or upgraded or renewed.
• Managing the customer complaint database.
Customer Service Representative Requirements:
• Ability to remain calm in stressful situations.
• Ability to explain detailed concepts in a simple way
• Management Degree or equivalent.
• Previous experience working as a customer service representative is preferred
• Knowledge of insurance products preferred but not mandatory.
• Friendly and professional demeanor.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to remain calm in stressful situations.
• Ability to explain detailed policy concepts in a simple way.
