Customer Relationship manager Responsibilities: Learning and understanding multiple insurance products. Answering calls and responding to corporate customer quires. Accessing customer accounts and policy schedules. Providing customers with detailed information about issued policies and products. Recommending available products. Forwarding customers to sales Team when a policy needs to be initiated or upgraded or renewed.
