1. experience in real estate industry preferred.

2. strong communication skills along with customer oriented attitude.

jobs and responsibilities:

1. co-ordination with sales team to process new bookings and execution of post sales activities.

2. presenting monthly/ quarterly targets vs. achievement reports to the management.

3. to take necessary action for effective collection /recovery.

4. to prepare & maintain various mis reports related to collection, inventory, outstanding etc.

5. to resolve customer queries within stipulated time frame through mail & telephone.

6. to resolve delayed payment/ non payment /defaulter/interest related cases.

7. co-ordination with legal department to schedule & execute sub lease deeds.

8. to ensure smooth physical possession / handover of unit/plot/flat to the customer.

9. execution of cancellation/surrender cases.

10. verification & approval of brokers/dealers commission bills
