position overview:

we are looking for a customer relationship executive who can professionally communicate with clients, understand their needs, explain our services, and maintain strong customer relationships. the role includes handling phone calls, guiding clients about our academys programs, and recording all customer details accurately in excel.

key responsibilities:

handle incoming and outgoing calls with clients in a polite and professional manner.

explain academy services, programs, and offerings clearly to potential customers.

guide clients during service enquiries and assist them with purchasing our spiritual programs.

maintain and update customer information in excel sheets accurately.

follow up with leads and existing clients to build strong customer relationships.

provide basic support with general computer operations.

coordinate with the internal team when required.

required skills:

excellent communication skills in hindi, english, and telugu (fluency is must).

ability to speak confidently and handle customer conversations effectively.

basic computer knowledge excel, emails, and general online tools.

good listening skills, patience, and a positive attitude.

ability to convince and motivate customers to choose our academy services.

eligibility:

minimum 12th pass or any degree.

prior experience in customer service or telesales is an added advantage (freshers can also apply).

must be comfortable working from home initially.

should be willing to join office later at visakhapatnam.
