key responsibilities:
make outbound calls to customers to collect feedback on services/products.
record and report customer opinions, suggestions, and concerns accurately.
ensure all interactions are professional, courteous, and customer-focused.
escalate critical feedback or issues to the relevant department.
maintain daily call logs and submit reports as required.
requirements:
good verbal communication skills in [hindi, english, marathi].
basic computer knowledge.
pleasant telephone etiquette and a positive attitude.
freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
minimum qualification: [12th pass or any graduate].
