Job description:-

• Maintain, and repair faucet systems, faucet fittings, flush valves, sanitary, and drainage systems.

• Diagnose and resolve faucet issues such as leaks, clogs, product damage, and system malfunctions.

• Routine maintenance on faucet systems to prevent future problems and ensure optimal performance such as leaks, inspecting pipes, and drain cleaning.

• Repair or replace damaged spare parts, faucets, sanitary and other faucet components

• Adhere to all relevant company policies & safety regulations.

• Polite and effectively communication with customers to explain the nature of the problem and procedure of the solution. Ensure customer satisfaction is first priority under company policies.

• Maintain records of work performed, used spare parts, and all expenses.

• Train and supervise junior or new joiner.

• Maintain & care for tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition.

• Regularly visit to the Distributers, Dealers to build strong relation between us and to check display products.

• Read & understand product technical drawings, blueprints, & manuals to plan faucet installations.

Education, Skills & Requirement:-

• ITI/Diploma/./BTech (Plumbing/Mechanical).

• Experience in bath fittings/service will be a plus.

• Skilled in installation, troubleshooting & basic technical drawings will be a plus.

• Strong customer communication & problem-solving abilities.

• Open to field travel; capable of managing records and guiding juniors (DL preferred)
