Customer Care Executive

We are looking for immediate joiners female candidates who are comfortable in traveling to different branches with the following knowledge-

• Candidate need to handle Inbound/Outbound Customer calls and answer their queries based on their requirements of the products, good communication skills in written as well as verbal are must.

• Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention.

• Possessing excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support.

• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction

• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication

• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution

• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
