we are looking for energetic and customer- focused individuals to join our customer care team . as a customer care executive, you will be responsible for handling client queries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction .

experience: 0–6 months (freshers can apply)

salary: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000

working days: 6 days a week

shift: rotational (including night shifts)

responsibilities:

* handle inbound calls and customer queries

* provide accurate information and resolve customer issues

* maintain customer satisfaction and meet daily targets

requirements:

* excellent communication skills ( english)

* basic computer knowledge

* comfortable working in rotational and night shifts
