We are looking for energetic and customer- focused individuals to join our customer care team . As a Customer Care Executive, you will be responsible for handling client queries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction .
Experience: 0–6 months (Freshers can apply)
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000
Working Days: 6 days a week
Shift: Rotational (including Night Shifts)
Responsibilities:
* Handle inbound calls and customer queries
* Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues
* Maintain customer satisfaction and meet daily targets
Requirements:
* Excellent communication skills ( English)
* Basic computer knowledge
* Comfortable working in rotational and night shifts
