Salary

₹15,000 CTC for chat process

₹16,000 CTC for voice process

Flexible Rotational Shifts including night

Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer queries through Chat and Email.

Provide accurate and timely resolutions.

Maintain service quality standards.

Escalate unresolved customer concerns.

Follow company processes and quality gui

Eligibility

Graduate or Undergraduate

Good written English communication

Basic computer knowledge

Good typing speed preferred

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Flexible to work in rotational shifts
