📝 key responsibilities:

handle inbound calls for either metropolis lab services or upstox ib-related customer queries

assist customers with inquiries, bookings, or support requests

deliver accurate information and professional assistance

ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and empathy

🎯 requirements:

minimum qualification: hsc (12th pass)

experience:

freshers: welcome to apply

experienced: preferred in customer service

language: good english communication skills (mandatory)

gender: open to all

age limit: 18 to 35 years

work location:

metropolis process: mumbai office

upstox process: thane highstreet office

⏰ shift timings:

metropolis process:

rotational day shifts between 7:00 am – 11:00 pm

no night shifts post 11 pm

6 days working | 1 rotational weekly off

upstox ib process:

fixed shift: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

6 days working | 1 weekly off

💰 salary:

upstox process:

freshers: ₹18,836 ctc | ₹16,258 in hand

metropolis process:

freshers: ₹16,000 in hand

experienced: ₹17,000 in hand
