we are looking for a customer support executive who will handle both call center and online customer service operations. the ideal candidate should be fluent in english and hindi, have good communication and writing skills, and be comfortable using online platforms to process and track orders.

key responsibilities:
handle inbound and outbound calls related to customer inquiries and support.
