position overview:
we are hiring energetic and customer-focused customer care executives for our insurance voice process. the role involves interacting with customers via calls, resolving their queries, and ensuring a seamless service experience.
key responsibilities:
handle inbound and outbound calls related to insurance products and services.
assist customers with policy information, renewals, payments, and claims.
update and manage customer records accurately in the internal systems.
provide professional and polite communication to ensure high customer satisfaction.
meet daily and monthly targets for quality, productivity, and call handling.
coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues promptly.
eligibility criteria:
education: hsc / undergraduate / graduate (any stream)
experience: fresher to 6 months (bpo or customer service preferred)
languages required: english, hindi, marathi
shift timing: day shift (office-based, full-time)
skills required:
excellent verbal communication skills in english, hindi, and marathi
good listening ability and patience to handle customer queries
basic computer knowledge and typing skills
positive attitude and willingness to learn
salary & benefits:
salary range: ₹12,000 – ₹17,000 per month
fixed salary + attractive incentives (up to ₹45,000/month based on performance)
