cogent e services is seeking motivated and customer-focused male individuals to join our team in indore as customer support associates. we require excellent communication skills and fluency in english and/or hindi.
key responsibilities
- handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries professionally across various channels.
- resolve customer issues, provide accurate info, and offer timely solutions in english/hindi.
- document customer interactions accurately in the crm system.
- maintain high customer satisfaction by following service standards.
- collaborate with team members to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- stay updated on product knowledge, policies, and procedural changes.
required qualifications
- fluency in english and/or hindi (both is an advantage).
- minimum educational qualification: high school diploma or graduation (must not be pursuing any degree).
- strong verbal and written communication skills.
- excellent listening, problem-solving, and de-escalation skills.
- able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- must be willing to work in rotational shifts (06:00 am to 02:00 am).
