Job Description: Customer Support Associate (Male Candidates only)

Cogent E Services is seeking motivated and customer-focused male individuals to join our team in Indore as Customer Support Associates. We require excellent communication skills and fluency in English and/or Hindi.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries professionally across various channels.

- Resolve customer issues, provide accurate info, and offer timely solutions in English/Hindi.

- Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.

- Maintain high customer satisfaction by following service standards.

- Collaborate with team members to escalate and resolve complex issues.

- Stay updated on product knowledge, policies, and procedural changes.

Required Qualifications

- Fluency in English and/or Hindi (both is an advantage).

- Minimum educational qualification: High School Diploma or Graduation (must not be pursuing any degree).

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Excellent listening, problem-solving, and de-escalation skills.

- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

- Must be willing to work in rotational shifts (06:00 AM to 02:00 AM).
