Job Description: Customer Support Associate (Male Candidates only)Cogent E Services - Indore, Madhya PradeshCogent E Services is seeking motivated and customer-focused male individuals to join our team in Indore as Customer Support Associates. We require excellent communication skills and fluency in English and/or Hindi.Key Responsibilities- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries professionally across various channels.- Resolve customer issues, provide accurate info, and offer timely solutions in English/Hindi.- Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.- Maintain high customer satisfaction by following service standards.- Collaborate with team members to escalate and resolve complex issues.- Stay updated on product knowledge, policies, and procedural changes.Required Qualifications- Fluency in English and/or Hindi (both is an advantage).- Minimum educational qualification: High School Diploma or Graduation (must not be pursuing any degree).- Strong verbal and written communication skills.- Excellent listening, problem-solving, and de-escalation skills.- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.- Must be willing to work in rotational shifts (06:00 AM to 02:00 AM).What We Offer- Competitive salary (20k-25k CTC) and performance incentives.- Comprehensive training and professional development opportunities.- Supportive and dynamic work environment.- Opportunities for career growth.
