Responsibilities :

Welcome Call / Email and Service Calls.

Collection and Outstanding Follow Ups.

Follow up for Registration.

Completion of booking formalities post closure

Experience of CRM

Handle client queries and ensure timely reply.

Cancellation and Refund Process

Organizing and maintaining files and records.

Issuing Demand Letter, Receipt, Builder NOC, Reminder, Interest Letter.

Checking of documents post booking.

Assisting the client with banking formalities for their loan.

Preparing Reports

Skills:

Worked with ERP systems (Knowledge of FARVISION ERP is an advantage)

Past experience of real estate industry knowing the entire flow of sales.

Knowledge of GST.

Well versed with Microsoft Excel.

Proficient in English, Hindi and Marathi

Good Communication skills via Email / Telephone

Should have stability and not change jobs frequently.
