We are currently looking to hire a CRM Manager to join our company and implement improvements to the CRM processes, propose methods to acquire & retain customers. As a ‘Customer Relationship Manager’ you will constantly identify opportunities to grow the customer base and build positive relationships with new clients.
Job Description:
• Maintaining relationships & to coordinate with existing and new clients.
• Generating reports for Upper level managers.
• Maintaining a database of customers for follow up.
• Taking customer complaints to upper management when necessary.
• Helps in developing new products, services and promotions based on customer preferences.
• Meeting with managers in the organization to plan strategically.
• Understanding key customer individual needs and addressing them.
• Suggesting new methods to address customers’ needs.
• Communicate with clients to identify their requirements and make appropriate adjustments necessary for meeting client needs.
