• generating reports for upper level managers.
• maintaining a database of customers for follow up.
• taking customer complaints to upper management when necessary.
• helps in developing new products, services and promotions based on customer preferences.
• meeting with managers in the organization to plan strategically.
• understanding key customer individual needs and addressing them.
• suggesting new methods to address customers’ needs.
• communicate with clients to identify their requirements and make appropriate adjustments necessary for meeting client needs.
