ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES :-

Attend to customers queries and provide appropriate response promptly and professionally.

Generate the leads and helps dealership manage and follow up on leads.

Follow-up with leads regarding interest in companys products and services.

Independently engage with customer to take feedback.

Monitor the implementation and effectives conduct regular reviews the sales and services.

Work on reporting progress on daily, weekly, monthly basis.
