Key Responsibilities:

��5.�� ��Conduct training and coaching sessions for agents

��6.�� ��Handle customer escalations and resolve issues

��9.�� ��Manage team performance, attendance, and productivity

10.�� ��Provide feedback and performance evaluations

Requirements:

��1.�� ��6 months+ of experience in sales, preferably in BPO
