Job Description

• Evaluate clients’ needs and create a custom treatment plan

• Teach groups coping mechanisms related to stressful and traumatic they encounter

• Help individuals with the resources needed to reach personal goals

• Monitor client progress and adjust their treatment plan as needed

• Maintain required National Certified Counsellor certification for the counselling position

• Coordinate with other healthcare providers, agencies and community resources in order to create a thorough treatment plan

• Having practical knowledge of MS Office

• Fluency in written and oral communication skills.

• Graduates /Post Graduates.

• Should be having Convincing Skills.

• Cooperate with parents and teachers as well as other interested parties

• Study and update student records

• Identify behavioral problems or at-risk students and act appropriately

• Prepare and present reviews on progress
