Develop and manage strong relationships with corporate agents and their sales teams.
Train and motivate partner staff on insurance products and sales processes.
Drive business growth through partner channels to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
Conduct regular branch visits and joint calls with partner staff.
Ensure timely issuance of policies, renewals, and customer service support.
Monitor and ensure adherence to compliance and regulatory requirements (IRDAI norms).
Analyze channel performance and generate reports for review and strategy planning.
Organize partner engagement activities and campaigns.
