Responsibilities:

Prepare breakfast, lunch, snacks and other canteen meals as per menu.

Maintain food quality, taste, hygiene and cleanliness.

Handle kitchen operations, food preparation and portion control.

Manage basic kitchen stock and minimize food wastage.

Follow FSSAI food safety and hygiene standards.

Requirements:

Experience in industrial/institutional canteen or catering preferred.

Good cooking skills and knowledge of South Indian meals.

Ability to manage kitchen independently.

Immediate joining preferred.
