Food Preparation & Cooking

Prepare vegetarian items across burgers, pizzas, subs, Chinese dishes, and street snacks.

Ensure consistency in taste, texture, and portion size for all items.

Assist in new dish development and seasonal specials.

2. Kitchen Operations & Hygiene

Maintain kitchen hygiene, cleanliness, and safety as per HACCP / FSSAI standards.

Properly handle, store, and rotate ingredients to minimize wastage.

Maintain kitchen equipment in good working condition.

3. Menu Development & Innovation

Suggest creative vegetarian dishes and combos.

Experiment with fusion or Indo-continental variations to attract customers.
