role overview:

we are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic hr recruiter to join our consultancy team. the ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of recruitment processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage end-to-end hiring activities across multiple domains.

key responsibilities:

understand client requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.

manage the entire recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, scheduling interviews, and closing positions.

source candidates using various platforms such as job portals, social media, professional networks, referrals, and databases.

conduct preliminary telephonic interviews to evaluate candidates’ suitability.

coordinate and maintain strong communication between clients and candidates.

maintain and update candidate database and recruitment trackers.

build strong professional relationships with clients to ensure consistent hiring support.

meet hiring deadlines while ensuring high-quality talent acquisition.

required skills & qualifications:

bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.

1–3 years of experience in recruitment (consultancy experience preferred).

strong sourcing and networking skills with hands-on experience using job portals like naukri, linkedin, indeed, etc.

excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines.

self-motivated, target-oriented, and detail-oriented.
