We are looking for a Construction Estimator to join our team in Kolkata. This role is essential for ensuring that our construction projects are accurately priced and well-planned. You will play a key role in the early stages of our projects, helping to prepare budgets and forecasts.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Cost Analysis:** Review project plans and specifications to estimate costs associated with materials, labor, and equipment. This process helps to develop accurate budgets for upcoming construction projects.

- **Bid Preparation:** Compile information to create detailed bids for projects, ensuring all aspects are covered. A well-prepared bid increases the chances of securing project contracts.

- **Site Visits:** Conduct on-site inspections to gather data and assess project requirements. Visiting sites helps you understand the nuances of each project, influencing accurate estimates.

- **Collaboration:** Work closely with project managers, architects, and engineers to align on cost-effective solutions. Building strong relationships with team members improves overall project execution.
