Lead structural design and approval of foundations, columns, beams, slabs, retaining walls and roof systems for projects from concept to issuance-of-drawings. Commission and interpret geotechnical investigations (boreholes, SPT/CPT, lab tests, plate load) and translate findings into foundation recommendations and risk items. Produce/approve base structural blueprints and issued-for-construction (IFC) drawings with full bar schedules and reinforcement details. Perform or supervise structural calculations (flexure, shear, axial, serviceability, deflection, punching shear, stability) per applicable codes and sign off on key structural elements. Create/verify detailed quantity take-offs (concrete volumes, steel tonnage, formwork area, excavation, backfill) for the structural scope.
