We are seeking a skilled Construction Estimator to join our team in Kolkata. This full-time position is for individuals with 2 to 8 years of experience in construction estimation.

As a Construction Estimator, you will be responsible for calculating the costs of construction projects. Your role will involve working closely with project managers and engineers to ensure accurate and timely estimates.

Key Responsibilities include:

- **Cost Analysis**: Review project requirements, plans, and specifications to accurately estimate material and labor costs, identifying all necessary resources for the project.

- **Bid Preparation**: Prepare detailed and competitive bids for projects, ensuring that they meet client specifications and deadlines while reflecting fair market value.

- **Data Management**: Maintain and update databases of costs for materials and labor, ensuring the information is accurate and readily accessible for future estimates.

- **Collaboration**: Work closely with architects, contractors, and suppliers to gather information and confirm pricing, promoting clear communication throughout the estimation process.

- **Site Visits**: Conduct site visits to assess conditions and gather details needed for more precise estimates.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and mathematical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure. Proficiency in estimation software and a solid understanding of construction processes are essential.
