Job Description

We are looking for for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy computer operator to join our event company. The candidate will be responsible for handling data entry, managing event-related documentation, maintaining records, coordinating with various teams and supporting digital tools during event.

Key Responsbilities

Perform daily data entry and maintain accurate records of clients, vendors and event details.

Prepare and manage event documents like quotations, proposals presentations, invoices etc.

Use MS Office ( Excel, Word Power Point ) and event management software efficiently.

Backup important data and ensure data security.
