We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Computer Operator to manage and maintain digital records and perform routine data-related tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong data management skills and a solid working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and organize large volumes of data accurately and efficiently.
Enter, update, and maintain data in spreadsheets and internal databases.
Use Excel functions and tools such as formulas, pivot tables, and charts for data analysis and reporting.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all records and systems.
Back up important data regularly and ensure secure storage of sensitive information.
Assist in generating MIS reports and other documentation.
Support the team with administrative and data-related tasks as needed.
Maintain confidentiality and follow company data protection policies.
Required Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, filtering, and data formatting.
Strong organizational and data management abilities.
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
Basic knowledge of computer systems and office software.
